Tender Description
Hearing Australia is in the process of replacing its key business systems, and standardising on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. We are looking for a survey system which integrates seemlessly with this platform, able to extract relevant data to generate surveys triggered by specific episodes within the clients journey.
Currently Hearing Australia generates 20,000 client surveys monthly for an average return of 2,000 completed surveys. Data is analysed internally and solutions must be able to support this.
