Greene Street SPS Staircase HSE Upgrades

⁠⁠⁠     East Gippsland Water is investing in the future to improve services to our customers. As part of our program of works, tenders are invited for the following:
CONTRACT NO. 1470/A: Greene Street SPS Access Stairs HSE Upgrades

This project is to upgrade the existing staircase to provide safe access to the Greene Street Sewer Pump Station (SPS) located at the western end of Greene Street, Bairnsdale.

Works to be undertaken include the replacement of timber stair stringers, installation of FRP mesh treads, and installation of galvanized steel handrails. Some debris removal and temporary works will be required to complete the scope of the contract. A full description of the scope of works is provided in Section 1 of the request for quotation and should be read in conjunction with the design drawings.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on Tuesday 18th April 2023. The meeting will commence in the reserve adjacent to 52 Greene Street, Bairnsdale, Victoria 3875.

All tenders must be received in full before 4 pm on Friday 28th April 2023. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
