Tender Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the construction of the Red Hill Pavilion Upgrade, located at the Red Hill Recreation Reserve, 184 Arthurs Seat Road, Red Hill 3937.
Works are to construct a building extension and partial refurbishment of the existing sports pavilion at the reserve.
Works including but not limited to; demolition works, an extension of the building envelope, new cladding, new services, refurbishment of existing amenities, septic system upgrade, new external footpaths, amendments to existing gravel access roadways, all to appropriate Australian & Mornington Peninsula Shire Standards.
