Tender Description
The current whole of health contract for the supply of Sterile Single-Use Ward Instruments, Instrument Packs, Plastic-ware, and Procedural Kits to Western Australian Public Health Care Units is due to expire. The goods covered by the contract are utilised in all wards and procedural areas throughout health sites and include a variety of instruments, plasticware and pre-prepared instrument and procedural packs.
Health Service Providers have an ongoing requirement for the supply of these goods to support the provision of clinical services across the WA health system. Health Support Services invites offers for the supply of Single-use Containers, Instruments, and Standardized Procedural Packs to Western Australian Health Service Providers and the Department of Health. The scope of the Contract will include single-use sterile and non-sterile plastic containers; sterile sustainable containers; sterile and non-sterile instruments, including instrument only packs/sets and off the shelf procedural packs.
The proposed contract will operate as a state-wide standing offer arrangement (Head Agreement) with orders (Customer Contracts) being placed on an as-required-basis over the term of the contract.
