Economic Development Queensland is seeking proposals to deliver Landscape Contracting goods and services within the Songbird Oxley – Stage 2 development.
The Landscape Contractor will be selected to complete Separable Portions 1 and 2 Landscaping Works as set out in the Stage 2 landscape design documentation, with predominately native tree species selected to complement the existing tree environment in Songbird Oxley estate. Award of Separable Portion 2 works is subject to and conditional upon the successful contractors rates being generally consistent with their Separable Portion 1 works rates, EDQ reserves the rights to retender Separable Portion 2 works if the successful contractors rates are not consistent with Separable Portion 1 awarded rates.
