Tender Description
TAFE SA ICT Services within the Strategy and Infrastructure directorate is establishing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) function as part of an overall ICT Architecture capability. The intention is to mature an EA capability that can align with the future state operating model across business, technology and data capabilities.
TAFE SA seeks to partner with a specialist EA group, with proven experience in successfully establishing this function for businesses of equivalent size or larger than TAFE SA.
The selected provider will work collaboratively with the TAFE SA stakeholders, using a business outcome approach, to deliver the envisaged outcomes, and hand over to TAFE SA ICT Services to maintain.
