The Low Risk ICT Projects Panel is for suppliers to engage with SA Government agencies for ICT-related Projects up to the value of $100,000 (GST Incl).

The Low Risk ICT Projects Panel scope of projects include:

• Governance design/implementation
•  Strategy development/implementation
•  Project analysis
•  Capacity planning
•  ITIL related services
•  Project management
•  General and strategic consulting
•  Other specialist ICT Projects

Supplier Application Process

Suppliers must review the Low Risk ICT Projects Agreement to ensure they can comply with all terms and conditions before accessing the online application form. In addition, each supplier is required to complete and submit the Low Risk - Form B - Supplier Statement as part of the application process.

How to apply:

• Review the attached ‘Low Risk ICT Projects Agreement v1.1’
•  Download the attached ‘Low Risk - Form B - Supplier Statement v1.2’ and complete ready for upload.
•  Access the correct eForm link for the panel you wish to apply for:

          -eProjects Panel(s) Online Application Form

•  Complete all required sections of the online form accurately. Mandatory fields are marked with * and must be filled in.
•  Download the attached ‘Low Risk - Form B - Supplier Statement v1.2’ and complete ready for upload.
•  Attach all supporting documentation as specified in the form. Incomplete submissions may not be assessed.
•  Submit your application only via the eForm process. Applications sent via email or uploaded elsewhere will not be accepted.
•  Await confirmation via email once your application has been assessed.

 Once assessed the outcome of your application will be communicated via email.
