Council is seeking a Design & Construct contract from a lead contractor/consultant.
A proposal is sought for a suitably qualified team, with experience in delivering infrastructure and lighting upgrades within existing public realm and open space assets to deliver a design solution to light up the Surrey Park Dog-Off Lead Oval.
Council received a request from the local community and Surrey Park users in 2022 to walk their dogs off-lead on the oval during shorter daylight hours and in the evening in the cooler months of the year.
Councils are looking for efficient and practical options by exploring to utilise existing infrastructure where possible to deliver lighting to the dog off-lead oval.
