Tender Description

The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) is undertaking a Request for Information process, seeking Responses from Market Participants in relation to DMIRS needs for a Compliance and Regulation System (CARS) solution. The solution is intended to support DMIRS with managing all regulatory requirements arising from the following legislation and their associated supporting regulations:

  • Work Health and Safety Act 2020;
  • Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004;
  • Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Act 2011;
  • Mines Safety and Inspection Levy Regulations 2010 and Mines Safety and Inspection Levy Amendment Regulations 2022.
