Market Sounding - Mowing and Vegetation Services RFI

⁠⁠⁠ This market engagement activity is to undertake market sounding feedback related to our mowing and vegetation service delivery and opportunities to modify or scope of these services in the future.

We have developed a questionnaire to assist in collating the feedback. You will have the option to provide us feedback via a written response by 5.00pm on 28 April and / or you can request for a telephone or Video Conference interview to review these same questions via discussion. We will plan to arrange a supplier briefing on the market sounding if there is enough interest.

Council is seeking insights from the industry via this Market Sounding to help us understand:

• Opportunities for where Redland City Council may better understand and implement best practices in open space management activities and any barriers/challenges that might exist to this

• Innovations or leading practices that you may be able offer to help achieve Redland City Council corporate objectives

• How we may be able to bundle up or break down various scopes of work to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

• Other areas include how to support work across multiple scope areas at the same site and / or nearby sites and how we can partner to deliver a thriving Redland City local economy and support our Quandamooka Country.
