DEECA Broadford Amenities Upgrade Works

⁠⁠⁠The DEECA (Previously Known as DELWP) Broadford office and depot facility have an existing facility constructed in 2013 from a new build that now requires an upgrade to existing amenities to support the current personnel mix and which represents the current market and facility needs  to support all personnel.

This scope refers to the bathroom facilities for both male and female as well as the addition of a non-binary bathroom facility. Included is an increase in size to the current cleaners closet. The existing disabled toilet is out of scope for this project. In consideration of this upgrade, if the current disabled bathroom could be retained in operation during the upgrades, this would be preferable. The builder is to nominate, post a site inspection, if this could be achieved.

DEECA are seeking a builder to act as head contractor and builder for these works In conjunction with MW Partnership acting as project superintendent. The drawings have been supplied to indicate the works under contract.  These works are to be started prior to June 30, 2023 and completed within 8 weeks. The builder is to advise if this is not possible at the time of returning their quote. The details of the scope are laid out in the deliverables section of this document.  Whilst every effort has been made to outline the deliverables, should the builder see gaps or omissions post a site visit, the builder needs to complete and RFI to the superintendent for clarification.
