Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors with practical experience in Sports Court construction works to submit a tender for the Scarborough Park Court upgrade project located at Hawthorne St, Ramsgate Beach.
The works include but are not limited to the following:
• Demolition of the existing 6 courts and infrastructure;
• Ground works and drainage;
• Construction of 6 new courts with an acrylic surfacing;
• New player shelters;
• New compliant sports fencing;
• New sporting infrastructure such as line marking, netting, posts and goals;
• Electrical and lighting works;
• Concrete connecting accessible paths;
A site inspection will be held at 1.00pm Tuesday 4th April 2023. The meeting point is the Scarborough Park Courts, Hawthorne St, Ramsgate Beach. (the courts are located within a bush setting behind the Syd Frost Community Hall).
