Tender Description
Adelaide Hills Council invites submissions for the supply of stone mason services and building restoration services for the restoration of the western (rear) wall to building 22 and northern wall elevation or building 19 at Lobethal Woollen Mill, 1 Lobethal road, Lobethal SA. The restoration of these two perimeter walls will include repair and installation of original air vents, restoring window openings, timber works and timber trim to the building and making good and reinstalling, gutters, rain heads and downpipes.
