Transport for NSW (Roads and Maritime Projects) / Alfred Street Cycleway Integration Project (Parramatta) - Minor Physical Works

⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW is inviting suitably experienced, qualified and accredited Contractors under the National Prequalification Scheme for road works (dated October 2022) with mandatory prequalification levels of F2 (Financial) and R2 (Roadworks) to participate in the tender process for the Minor Physical Works and Services Contract for the Alfred Street Cycleway Integration project in Parramatta.

To successfully participate in the tender process for this project, tenderers:

1. Must provide evidence of National Pre-qualification Scheme for Road Works (dated October 2022) with mandatory prequalification levels of F2 (Financial) and R2 (Roadworks)
2. Must attend the pre-tender meeting in person held at 13:30 PM AEDT on 31st March 2023 at 27 Argyle Street, Parramatta.
3. Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive the tender documents and must return to TfNSW no later than COB 30th March, 2023 via Vladimir.Khlopovskikh3@transport.nsw.gov.au.

The purpose of the Minor Physical Works – Alfred Street Cycleway Integration project is to integrate several isolated active transport infrastructure in the local area and improve bicycle connectivity. The works will involve construction of a shared path, construction of a raised threshold, kerb and gutter adjustments, landscaping, signposting, linemarking, lighting installation, and installation of cycle lanterns on traffic signals.

The Contractor must satisfy the National Prequalification Scheme for road works with mandatory prequalification levels of F2 (financial and R2 (road works).
