Annual Supply of Cartage

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the cartage of quarry products such as limestone and crushed rock within the Municipality.

The contract will commence on 1 July 2023 for an initial 3 years period with a further two year extension option shall both parties be in agreement.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price.
