Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the construction of a new six lane cricket net facility with storage facilities for various tenant clubs at Aberfeldie Park Reserve.
The scope of works includes removal of the existing cricket net facility, earthworks, fencing, concreting, and installation of synthetic grass surface. Construction of external storage for club maintenance activities and other associated equipment is included in the scope and forms part of the works package.
Extensive oval reconstruction, irrigation, pathway works, sportsground lighting, soft and hard landscaping is not included in the works package.
