Construction of the George Bolton Swim Centre Changroom Upgrade consisting of:
* Demolition of the internals of the spa and steam room as well as the current function room and store rooms;
*Installation of new school changerooms and accessable changerooms, with new slab and drains;
*Installation of new training room in old spa room;
*Infilling of the existing external underground tank; and
*Installation of new services including electrical, plumbing and ductwork
