MEDOWIE PRIMARY SCHOOL, STAGES 1 AND 2 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
Contractors interested in being considered to tender on this project are invited to submit an EOI for Stages 1 and 2 of the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Primary School development located in Medowie NSW.
This EOI will determine the list of proponents invited to tender associated with the design finalisation and construction of the Medowie Primary School. The Primary School is anticipated to be constructed in two stages (subject to change):
Stage 1
► Block K contains the Primary Schools staff office and administration area including reception, amenities, sickbays, staff room, offices, meeting rooms and print room.
► Block L is a connected hall and learning hub, consisting of a multi-purpose hall, storerooms, switch room, office, canteen, open leaming hub, staff kitchenette, amenities, STEM technology and leaming support space.
► Block M contains a common learning area, amenities and six general-purpose learning areas (GPLA's) with interconnecting/break-out spaces.
► Block N contains general storerooms, amenities and three Kindergarten GPLA spaces, each containing an incorporated withdrawal space.
► Block O contains a common leaming area, amenities and six general purpose learning areas (GPLA's) with interconnecting/break out spaces.
► In addition to the above facilities, Stage 1 also includes outdoor playground areas, associated linkways, a southem tuming loop and car-parking, services infrastructure and hard and soft landscaping.
Stage 2
Stage 2 consists of the design finalisation and construction of Block P, 3 outdoor multipurpose sport courts associated linkways, services infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping as well as the decant, demolition (veranda and access path) and relocation of the existing four demountable's.
► Block P contains a common learning area, amenities and six general-purpose learning areas (GPLA's) with interconnecting/break-out spaces.
EOI submissions will be assessed against the criteria outlined in the EOI document available for download from the link provided .
