Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network that connects our 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources, delivering an essential service to our community.

The Scope
Western Power is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for a single vendor arrangement for the design, supply, delivery, installation and pre-commissioning of approximately five kilometres of new single circuit 132kV transmission underground cable circuit (Design, Materials and Services).

The provision of the Design, Materials, Installation, Construction and Services will facilitate connection between the Yanchep Substation located near the corner of Romeo Rd and Wanneroo Rd, Carabooda and the Water Corporation Facilities off Brindebella Parkway, Alkimos.

Western Power is working closely with the customer and major stakeholders to ensure key elements of the project, including concept drawing designs, final issued drawing designs, access arrangements, and commercial agreements, are established to enable the scheduled completion of the project by Q1 2025.

Suppliers are required to complete the ROI requirements and return no later than 5PM (AWST) Friday, 31 March 2023 for attention of:
