Tender Description
Spiire Australia Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:
Construction of approximately 2577 metres of DN400mm P.E, 145 metres of DN280mm P.E, 196 metres of DN180mm P.E & 41 metres of DN125mm P.E as part of 431 – 533 Troups Rd, Truganina, 3029 / RBR Hub development – for Goodman Group, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 reticulation watermains ≤ DN280 & Category WC2 Distribution Watermains > DN280. Construction & commissioning of the RBR Hub watermain works will be as two separable portions. Allowance must be included to co-ordinate with a principal contractor for delivery of the RBR Hub road & drainage scope.
If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
