Expression of Interest - Builders St Anne's Stair & Lift Upgrade

Expressions of interest are invited from registered commercial building companies for building works at Loreto College, 1600 Sturt Street, Ballarat.

The works comprise the demolition of an existing three-storey stair for the construction of new lift and stair works to provide access to multiple levels. Works include the installation of new glazing systems and thelifting of floor levels to existing veranda’s along with associated site works, including the construction of a raised external forecourt. The works are to be actioned to a Building of Heritage significance.

Expressions of Interest must be in writing and shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00pm on Friday, 17 March 2023 (following which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
