Tender Description
The EOI process will likely form the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Organisations who provide a response to the EOI that demonstrates that they have the experience and expertise to meet the requirements may be asked to submit a response to a Request for Tender.
Child Safe Standard 7 outlines the requirements and expectations around the management and investigation of Child Safety complaints.
Due to the extreme sensitivity of child safety matters, coupled with the critical obligation to handle these matters as sensitively and efficiently as possible, CFA is looking to engage the services of an independent organisation that specialises in the investigation of child safety matters, incidents, and allegations.
CFA is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced service providers to provide child safety investigation services, and a child safety complaints intake and triage service.
