Tender Description
The Department of Finance (Finance) is releasing this notice to inform industry of an upcoming Request for Tender (RFT) process for the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Automotive Leasing and Fleet Management Services (Fleet Arrangement).
Interested suppliers can register for business notifications via https://www.tenders.gov.au/.
Subject to approval, Finance is expecting this RFT to be released on AusTender in late January 2024, with a virtual industry briefing to be scheduled shortly thereafter.
Finance wishes to advise industry that there will be a new financing model for the Fleet Arrangement. Under this model, Finance will replace the current third-party financier and provide loan funds at commercial rates to the Fleet Manager to purchase vehicles and assets for lease to participants of the Fleet Arrangement.
