Tender Description
Warmambool City Council is in process of delivering a Public Health in Changing Climate Forum in late May 2023.
Council is seeking to recruit a Consultant to assist with the planning and management of the Forum.
This involves coordinating the working group and a range of internal and external stakeholders, finalising the planning of the event, booking the venue, scheduling and organising speakers, managing all event operations (invitations, registrations, catering, IT support, displays, evaluation).
It is preferred that the Consultant operate out of Warrnambool City Council premises to assist with collaboration and to avoid delays, at least two days a week
