Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for building works to St Patrick's Primary School, Dimora Avenue, Camperdown.
The works comprise demolition of an existing residence to allow construction of a new Building (650m2).
The new building contains six classrooms, opening onto a Learning Hub, along with student amenities. Upon completion of the new building the existing modular building is to be removed with associated landscape works and access ramps to be undertaken. Construction is anticipated to commence in mid 2023.
Email registrations outlining availability to Tender, capability and relevant experience, limited to four A4 pages, shall be received at the following address prior to 2:00pm on Friday 3 March 2023 (from which, a shortlist of Tenderers shall be prepared).
