Ground Source Heat Pump System Project - Horsham SmartFarm

⁠⁠⁠Agriculture Victoria is seeking a Head Building Contractor (Installer) to supply, procure, install, and commission a ground source heat pump system to service an existing controlled environment glasshouse and surrounding areas located at the Horsham Smart Farm at 110 Natimuk Rd, Horsham, Victoria.

This will involve the replacement of existing refrigerated air exchange heat pumps with ground heat exchange technology, drilling of vertical boreholes, all associated piping, connections, controls, and infrastructure in line with functional description and specifications provided within the RFT and as attachments to this Tender.

An online briefing session will be conducted at 11am on Friday 24 February 2023. Suppliers wishing to attend will need to register for this session by emailing Jason Bell-Davey - jason.bell-davey@ecodev.voc.gov.au

A MANDATORY Site Visit will be conducted on Tuesday 28 February from 1pm. Any supplier wishing to respond to this tender must attend this session. Please register for this visit by emailing jason.bell-davey@ecodev.vic.gov.au

The successful bidder will be required to purchase 2 copies of the Australian Standards AS2124 construction contract.
