Crushing and Screening of Concrete

As a key function of the operation of Councils Waste Management Facilities, concrete and related materials received from residents and business is diverted away from landfill disposal with the intent of repurposing the material after it is crushed into a usage size.

Significant volumes of concrete and related materials have now been stockpiled at the Warwick Waste Management Facility and the Stanthorpe Waste Management Facility. Council requires a suitably experienced contractor to crush and stockpile the processed material on each of the sites.

The required stockpile location for processed material will be determined by Council and may be at a location on the sites requiring transport of the processed material to the desired location. Therefore, submissions are being sought from suitable contractors for the provision of suitably trained and experienced personnel, required plant and equipment to mobilise to the sites, process the stockpiles, and stockpile the processed material. Some transport may be required to establish stockpile locations within each of the sites.
