Refurbishment of the Liapootah, Wayatinah and Catagunya power station facilities and amenities.
The scope for each power station includes.
Liapootah Power Station
Refurbishment of the office lunchroom, workshop meeting room and workshop lunchroom.
Wayatinah Power Station
Refurbishment of the entrances, foyers, toilet facilities, lunchrooms, meeting and control room and office.
Catagunya Power Station
Refurbishment of the foyers, stairs, hallway, toilet facilities, kitchen/lunchroom, offices and creation of a new office.
Please Note: The original date of completion by June 30 2023 referenced in the SoW documents has been superseded. Hydro Tasmania would like the works completed as soon as practicable but, due to the remote nature of the sites and general industry availability, is willing to work with Contractors on timing.
