Tender Description
This tender requests proposals for exclusive rights for Ice-Cream and Frozen confection supply agreements for all four Zoos Victoria properties including Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary and Kyabram Fauna Park.
The two separate offerings are:
1. Package One: exclusive rights for packaged iced confectionery, for a period of five years
2. Package Two: exclusive rights for soft serve scoop iced confectionery, for a period of five years.
Suppliers are provided the opportunity to tender for both offerings, or alternatively tender for individual offerings.
Suppliers are advised that there will be an Addendum issued next week with the contract template (Part C).
Site visits at Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary will be offered as OPTIONAL attendance Thursday 23rd February and Friday 24th February. Kyabram Fauna Park will not be offering a site briefing at this time. Suppliers do not need to register their attendance, however must note the dates and times for the briefings and arrive on time.
