Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for Providers of pre-order food options for its winter solstice event Frost and Fire to be held on the 17 June 2023 at Forbes Ski Dam.
These pre-orders will be promoted in conjunction with ticketing for the event, with patrons able to select and pay for a pre-order food option as they buy their tickets to the Frost and Fire Event itself.
A separate EOI will be open for additional Food Vans. Vendors must submit their proposed menu, insurances and business details before 5pm Friday 3 March for consideration.
