This Tender is restricted by the Issuer.
To engage a suitably qualified and experienced Heritage Consultant to carry out heritage conservation services for the repair and conservation to the roofs of the Werribee Park Mansion including updating the existing Heritage Conditions Assessment and Recommendations Report.
The aims of the project are to address:
- Major leaking roof
- Roof Drainage problems
- Disintegrating and collapsing roof stonework
- Failing chimneys
- Damage to clock tower glass face
