Tender Description
The Customer is seeking a confidential cancer support program for the emotional and physical wellbeing of all Western Australia (WA) Police Force employees. This support program should be made available for use by:
i. the individual employee for themselves; and/or
ii. the employee caring for someone with cancer; and/or
iii. the supervisor whom has an individual employee in either (i) or (ii).
The program is to be developed in conjunction with WA Police Force and should include a flexible referral/enrolment process by a WA Police Force Human Resource (HR) representative or through self-enrolment for: (i) cancer counseling, or for (ii) or (iii) cancer coaching.
