Tender Description
Council’s strategic goal is for Toowoomba to be recognised as Australia’s premier regional city by positioning Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (Carnival) as the leading floral and horticultural event in Australia. The Carnival is held annually around September and attracts over 365,000 visitors.
The Carnival is seeking a comprehensive online event ticketing system to provide a platform for online ticketing services for a diverse range of events for a two (2) year period.
