Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a tender response for the supply of Rock on Ground Drill and Blast Services to the Council’s Roma Quarry for a period of three (3) years.
Maranoa Regional Council operates a hard rock basalt quarry at “Gubberamunda” located 34 kilometres north of Roma, adjacent to the Carnarvon Hwy, known as the Roma Quarry. The main reserve is classified as basic igneous glassy basalt caused from a lava flow or plug.
This service is to include, but not limited to, management of the total drilling and blasting process, including conducting the design of the blast
