Scope of work
Complete Design works for ACB upgrade
- Current AT-Series ACBs on incoming circuit of 415V MCCs are obsolete and require replacement with latest Terasaki ACBs.
- Total 10 ACBs
- All control circuitry of the new ACBs will be converted to 110VDC. This includes the addition of new substation 110VDC power supply unit which will be fed from the existing substation’s UPS 240VAC DB. Design for remote switching & racking capability is outside the scope of this project.
- Site visit(s) to complete design verification
- Deliverables: Drawings, Parts list, Engineering Certification to AS/NZS 61439, 60947.1, Safety in Design Report, Functional Spec, Installation Methodology, Validation documents and checklists, Commissioning Plan & Risk Assessment
