Tender Description
The Henley and Grange RSL is seeking a new mural on the rear wall of its club rooms. The RSL is currently undergoing renovations, the rear wall is being extended and as a result the RSL are seeking an artist to create a brand new mural that will extend across the full length of the wall.
The RSL are seeking a mural that recognises those who served and are still serving from an historic as well as contemporary viewpoint.
The RSL is located at 138 North St, Henley Beach SA 5022.
The mural is to be painted on the whole of the brick wall at the rear of the RSL which faces onto a laneway. The wall measures 26m x 3.6m. A total of 93 square metres.
Two artists will be shortlisted and paid $500 to develop a concept design.
The budget for the selected artist to paint the mural (including artist time, material, equipment hire and anti-graffiti coating) is $10,746.
