Tender Description
The University of South Australia invites prospective Tenderers to submit a quote for the provision of Audio-Visual Equipment (RFQ-MLK_SCT1_36).
This RFQ package comprises:
1. Section A Requirements & Scope
2. Section B Additional Requirements & Lodgement
3. Section C Terms & Conditions
4. Appendix I: OFE Equipment
7. Appendix II: Equipment Schedule
UniSA invites prospective Tenderers to submit their RFQ by reading and completing the provided RFQ documentation via our etendering portal.
ENQUIRES/CLARIFICATIONS:
Enquiries must be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Respondent shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool within the System. The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by responding publicly to all Respondents if the information provided is relevant to all Respondents.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word/Excel version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to undertake the upload and submission process. Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted.

The University of South Australia is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
