⁠⁠⁠Wollondilly Shire Council is looking to develop a three-year program to:
Develop a solution for how and when to capture all relevant and available categories of customer data
Review existing datasets and capture mechanisms and make recommendations on improvements/efficiencies
Establish a self-configurable reporting platform to enable data to be easily accessed and analysed
Incorporates opportunities to enable benchmarking.

Wollondilly Shire is growing quickly; really quickly. To meet the rapidly evolving service expectations of our growing community, we need to make it easy for them to have their voices heard so we can, in turn, harvest and harness their insights as they interact with us.

As a complex, diverse services provider, we recognise the multi-dimensional nature of the customer journey and challenges this presents in establishing a vibrant, consistent and purposeful Voice of the Customer framework that enables precise, tactical, operational and strategic decision-making.

We seek a long-term, strategic partner who understands and has deep experience with these challenges and can collaborate with us to develop and implement an enduring framework that isn't your out-of-the-box, normal, local government solution and which sets us up for a big-data future.

We're looking for an end-to-end approach where we have self-sufficiency and agility to adapt components of the framework as things change, not a set-and-forget deployment of tools and fixed dashboards.
