Travel Management Services to Victorian Government - Request for Information

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Government Services (DGS) is for Travel Management Services to Victorian Government.

The aim of this RFI is to develop an understanding of the travel supplier market, range of solutions available, and determine the scope, strategy and requirements of the potential future State Purchase Contract (SPC). An SPC is a centralised government contract used by all Victorian Government departments, agencies and other public entities bound by the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) Procurement Policies.

The RFI process is a stand-alone process that will assist in better understanding the industry and related services that are available in the market. A subsequent procurement process may follow the RFI.

Suppliers of all types of travel products are invited to respond to this RFI, including, but not limited to, travel management companies, online booking tool companies, global distribution system companies, travel agents, accommodtion providers, airlines, vehicle hire companies.

Although not compulsory, your participation in the RFI process is highly encouraged as DGS wants to ensure any future scope of services and tender process relating to this category is fit for both the market and the Victorian Government.
