Cleaning Contract for Public Toilets- Barcaldine
2 Year Contract – Peak Tourist Season (1 April to 30 August) and Off Peak Season (1 September to 31 March)
1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025

Role of the Supplier
The supplier will:
• Provide all Labour and supervision needed to perform the cleaning tasks in line with the cleaning requirements and schedule within this document.
• Ensure all job sites are set up with the correct signage in accordance with Work place health and safety requirements.
• Ensure there is enough staff as part of this contract to meet the requirements set by Council.
• It is the Suppliers responsibility to supply commercial cleaning products and equipment to undertake the requirements of this contract.
• Advise the Depot Administration Officer when supplies need to be ordered. A minimum of 2 week’s notice is required due to our procurement requirements.
• Attend any performance reviews request by Barcaldine Regional Council.
