Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠AMSA is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for the supply of protective coating and refurbishment services for AMSA’s national Marine Aids to Navigation (AtoN) network. The panel will utilize a Deed of Standing Offer agreement with each panel member. The term of the panel will be from execution of the Deed of Standing Offer to 30 June 2026 with options to extend for a period of up to three years.

Conditions for Participation:

(a) The Tenderer must hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN);

(b) The Tenderer or their designated protective coatings sub-contractor must hold accreditation under the Painting Contractor Certification Program to Category A Classes 3 and 5, note additional certification requirements specified at Section S7.8that may be applicable for certain projects,

(c) The Tenderer must have business management systems certified (by an independent certifying organisation) as compliant with:

(i) AS/NZS ISO 9001

(ii) AS/NZS 4801 or ISO 45001

(iii) AS/NZS ISO 14001
