Tender Description
The Ministry for the Environment is seeking a cloud-based process automation and component workflow tool, initially to replace our current Service Desk tool. As well as the Service Desk tool there is the possibility of future workflow add-ons as we consolidate our workflow tools.
We are looking for a cloud-based process automation and workflow tool that can support the Ministry to conduct day to day work which includes raising service desk tickets such as onboarding staff and knowledge management requests.
