Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the purchase of approximately 3,177m2 of commercial land on the corner of Swanbrook Road, Oliver Street and Arthur Street, Inverell.
Interested parties are invited to submit an EOI which provides the following information:
- Details of the person(s) or entity submitting the EOI;
- Details of the business to be conducted from the site, including any relevant background information;
- Timeframes for the development and operation of the proposed business upon the site;
- The benefits the applicants believe will accrue to the community by the proposed development on this site;
- Compatibility with businesses in the Oliver Street / Swanbrook Road area; and
- The offered purchase price.
EOI’s will be received by the undersigned until 10:00am on Wednesday, 15th March, 2023. EOI’s may be lodged electronically or in writing (sealed envelope clearly marked).
