⁠⁠⁠Gwydir Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and interested parties for the purchase of Council-owned land located at Gwydir Highway, Warialda, described as Lot 7 in DP 1310993.  

About the Opportunity 

This Request for Tender (RFT) provides an open and competitive process for the disposal of Council-owned land. Submissions are invited for the acquisition of the property via: 

• Contract for Sale; or 
• Deed of Call Option; or 
• A combination of both arrangements.  

Council will assess submissions based on overall value, including financial return, deliverability, and risk—not solely price.
