Tender Description
Council plans to introduce a Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) collection service by July 2025. The introduction of a FOGO service will result in significantly more source separated organic material including household food organics requiring a dedicated facility for the processing of such waste.
Tenders are invited to design, construct, operate and maintain a FOGO processing facility incorporating an enclosed technology-based processing solution (organics processing facility) that will receive and convert household FOGO into a quality-assured, value-added product for beneficial reuse.
