Tender Description
Central Highlands Regional council has identified 27 critical risks within our organisation.
A quote to facilitate critical risk workshops for the remaining 25 critical risks, the information will then need to be put into a performance standard that shows which document in our safety system has the appropriate control, identifying critical controls clearly.
The risk assessments will need to facilitated face to face. Work needs to be completed before 30April.
Facilitation of critical risk workshops for Central Highlands Council including;
• Preparation for workshops. (Benchmarking with industry practice and applicable codes of practice and standards)
• Face to face workshops facilitated in Emerald.
• Completion of the assessment tab of the cause and control template for each risk.
