VicTrack invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Melbourne Airport Rail – Off Corridor Diversity works.

The purpose of the EOI Phase is for VicTrack to select Shortlisted Invitees to participate in the Request for Tender stage who have the proven experience, capability and capacity to deliver the works in a collaborative Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model.

Works shall include though not limited to the following:

• Design and construction of an off-corridor communications cable route
• Planning/Council Approvals
• Utility/Ground condition investigations
• Project Management Plans,
• Supply and Install Pits, conduits, Cable and joint enclosures
• Civil Works
• Testing and Commissioning

The EOI documents will be accessible via Buying for Victoria only.

Invitees are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the Request for Tender stage for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
