Tender Description
Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) has an abundance of leachate which Council is required to dispose of in accordance with our Environmental Authority for the Gatton and Laidley landfill sites.
Failure to find suitable collection for leachate may result in a breach of our Environmental Authority.
Council would like to offer for tender the opportunity to provide a solution to leachate management to LVRC via a long-term arrangement for ad-hoc services, unless an acceptable innovation solution to leachate management is tendered.
