Sustainable Park Solutions is pleased to take to market the via Tender the Lease, Development
and Management of the Loch Sport Caravan Park on behalf of the Wellington Shire Council.
The Wellington Shire Council is the Committee of Management for the Loch Sport Caravan Park pursuant to the Crown Land (reserves) Act 1978. The Loch Sport Caravan Park is located right on the
Gippsland Lakes – 3/4 of an hour drive from Sale, on the southern shores of Lake Victoria, part of the Gippsland Lakes area. The park is surrounded by lakes, beaches and national parks.
The mixed-use park offers a range of accommodation options including powered and unpowered sites and 12-month permit holders.
The caravan park occupies an irregular shaped parcel of Crown land with access to lake frontage. The main section of the park is undulating throughout with established tree coverage.
The caravan park site is approximately 8.21 hectares and the adjacent to the property is Lake Victoria, the Loch Sport Yacht Club and the Loch Sport RSL.
