This project involves the full renovation of a newly acquired church property in Preston. This tender is for a Head/Main Contractor.

The existing building requires full upgrades for compliance and a new proposed layout for the churches use.

Inspections will be booked by emailing tjcprestontender@tjc.org.au

A open tender period of 4 weeks (16th January - 10th February).

We would ideally like to commence construction by April 2023.
